Abbie Hunt Bryce Home
The Abbie Hunt Bryce Home first opened its doors in July 2004 after a group of concerned Indianapolis citizens recognized the need to create a home that addressed the needs of the dying poor. The Home was built to allow its residents to live out the last chapter of their lives in dignity and with respect. These individuals are low-income or homeless and would have no other home to go to during their last days or months of life. The Home is free of charge and is available to those with a terminally ill diagnosis.
The Abbie Hunt Bryce Home is not a nursing home, a hospice center, or a medical facility. Rather, it is truly a home – a home for those who have no other place to call their own.
