The Kelley Scott Scholarship

The Kelley Scott Scholarship was created in honor of Omega Home Network's founder, Kelley Scott. Kelley led our organization through creation and substantial growth with a generous heart and inspiring leadership. She served as Board president from 2017- 2024. She was also appointed as our first Executive Director in 2024.

In recognition of Kelley's commitment to education and shared experience to support social model hospice homes, the scholarship will be awarded annually to partially fund registration and expenses for an attendee to the Omega Home Network National Conference. The awardee will be chosen based on financial need and their dedication to create or develop a social model home.

Deadline for Application Submission: February 28th annually

Notification of Award: Recipients will be notified by mid-March annually
Amount of Award: $100
